1. They hotel charged $25 per night for incedentals and then charged me again. I called them twice to get it straighted out and both time I was told they would check it out and call me back but still have not heard from them. 2.The computer in the business center has not been updated or defraged in some time. It moved at a snails paste and could not dowload a pdf file.

The staff was excellent and the setting was excellent. Well-kept and immaculately clean rooms with television, a microwave oven, and coffee and tea making equipment. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Solid breakfast with muffins, sausage, bacon, reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at Super 8 for a softball tournament and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from. Krystal at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a room issue caused by a rainstorm. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had spacious rooms with king size beds, including a suite, which was perfect for accommodating a family with a baby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager even upgraded our room for our week-long stay. The hot breakfast was delicious and the lady preparing it made us feel at home. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and a Target nearby. Despite being close to the highway, it was quiet and peaceful.
Felt very special, no reason to complain.
